These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between Quentoralythmxv s.r.o. (the "operator") and the visitors or users of the quentoralythmxv.com domain (the "user").
1. Identification of the operator
Quentoralythmxv s.r.o., Pribinova 4195/25, 811 09 Bratislava-Staré Mesto, Company ID: 56 482 731, Tax ID: 2122456789, VAT ID: SK2122456789. The company is registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III Municipal Court, Section: Sro, File No. 178432/B. The company was founded in 2023.
2. Subject
The website quentoralythmxv.com is an information portal about the real estate crowdfunding platform being prepared by Quentoralythmxv s.r.o. It serves to collect sign-ups for the interest list and to provide information about upcoming projects.
3. Investment licence
In 2024 Quentoralythmxv s.r.o. submitted an application to provide crowdfunding services pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 (ECSP). The proceedings are conducted by the National Bank of Slovakia, financial market supervision department. Investment services are launched once the decision becomes legally effective.
4. Rights and obligations of the user
The user agrees to provide truthful information, not to interfere with site security and not to use the site contrary to the law. The user is obliged to protect their access credentials once the platform is launched.
5. Limitation of liability
The operator does not provide investment advice via the domain. All information is for informational purposes only. Investing in real estate projects carries the risk of partial or total loss of invested capital.
6. Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic. Consumers have the right to address an alternative dispute resolution entity pursuant to Act No. 391/2015 Coll.
7. Final provisions
The operator reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version is always available at quentoralythmxv.com/en/terms. The terms enter into effect on the day of their publication.
