Quentoralythmxv s.r.o., with its registered office at Pribinova 4195/25, 811 09 Bratislava-Staré Mesto, Company ID: 56 482 731, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III Municipal Court, Section: Sro, File No. 178432/B (the "controller") processes personal data of visitors of the quentoralythmxv.com domain in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
1. Scope of processed data
The controller processes only the personal data you have voluntarily provided through the contact forms, the newsletter sign-up or the platform invite request: full name, email address, city, and any other data you provide voluntarily.
2. Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter, handling platform invitation requests and marketing communication related to real estate projects. The legal basis is your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or the legitimate interest of the controller.
3. Retention period
Personal data is kept for as long as your consent is valid, no longer than 5 years from the moment it was granted, or until you withdraw it. After that period the data is securely deleted.
4. Recipients of data
Your data may be shared with processors — in particular hosting providers, e-mail service providers and IT support providers located in the European Economic Area. We have a data processing agreement with each of them.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. You can withdraw consent at any time in writing at the registered office or by email at privacy@quentoralythmxv.com.
6. Supervisory authority
If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27.
