Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment into construction and development projects. You pool your capital together with other investors and share ownership in real estate projects that would otherwise be out of reach for an individual.

Through a digital platform several investors place funds into a specific project. Once construction is completed and the agreed milestones are reached, profits are distributed proportionally according to the size of each participant's investment.

This model lets people with smaller capital invest into larger projects such as apartment buildings, residential complexes or renovations of existing buildings — increasingly important in the context of Slovak urban and regional development.

Short answers for new investors

What is the minimum amount I can invest?+

The minimum ticket per project is €200. The maximum is capped per Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 for non-professional investors.

How are my funds protected?+

Investor funds are held on a segregated account with a licensed payment service provider and are separated from the assets of Quentoralythmxv s.r.o.

When do I receive my return?+

Returns are paid out after the building has been approved and units have been sold — typically 18 — 36 months after the subscription closes, depending on the project phase.

Can I sell my share earlier?+

Yes, via the Quentoralythmxv internal secondary market you can offer your share to other registered investors.

What are the tax obligations?+

Returns are taxed as income from capital assets under § 7 of the Slovak Income Tax Act. The platform prepares your annual tax statement.
